Frequently asked questions
The services CeeVee is providing to its users: job searching, job alerts and CV applications are free of charge.
In order to create a new account on CeeVee, go to CeeVee.com and click on `Register` link on the right top corner of the page. Fill in the form in the page and Save. After the registration, check the email address you used to create the account. You will receive an email that contains the link to activate the account. Click on it to confirm your registration.
To subscribe to CeeVee job alerts go to `JobFlow` menu and choose `Jobs by email / Saved searches`. Select the criteria compatible with your experience, domain, city, the desired job and a name for your alert. For some criteria you can select up to 3. Also you can choose key words based on which you will receive job offers that are active on site. Save the selection by clicking on `Save` button. If you don`t select any domain/city, you will receive offers from all activity domains/cities. You can create several alerts, both daily and weekly. At a later time, you can deactivate them by choosing `none` as frequency or you can erase the alerts.
To apply to offers posted on CeeVee you have to do the following: If you chose an offer from the alert sent to you by e-mail, click on it and in the page that opens you will find details about that job. In the bottom of the page you have a button `Apply to this job now!`; once accesed you complete a letter of intent and select the CV you want to send. `Send CV` button will send the application letter of intent and your CV to the employer concerned. If you found the offer on the site (and you are not logged in your personal page), after you click on the button `Apply to this job now!` you will have to log in with your contacts.
To reset the password go to `Log in`, on the top right side of the page. Below the log in fields, you can fin `Forgot password?` link. Insert the email you registered with on CeeVee and click on `Send`. Check your email: you will receive a link to reset your password. Click on it and choose a new password.
Attention: The reset password link is active only 8 hours since request.
Experience by domain is calculated automatically based on the information inserted in `Job domain` field, from `Professional experience` section. We recommend that you check if the data is filled in correctly. You can choose up to 3 activity domains for each experience.
Logged into your account, go to `My CV` -> `Recommendations` menu and click on `Request recommendation`. Select the position you want to be recommended for and the contacts you want to send your request to. You can add a personal message to your request. Click on `Send` button to send your requests to contacts you selected.
To deactivate your account log in to your account and click on the email address, on the right top corner of the page. In `Deactivate account` section you can request for your account to be suspended.
