CALL AGENT WITH FRENCH


Main responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound calls in French in order to support the control of a company's system;
-Identify and resolve customers' problems or incidents;
-Focus on customers' expectations and satisfaction;
-Collaborate with other team members to provide high quality support.

Requirements:
-Fluency in French;
-Excellent customer service skills;
-Very good communication skills;
-Ability to work under pressure.
