Cooks / Asst. Cooks


Main responsibilities:

-Perform all main line food production duties.
-Maintain cooking area in a clean, neat and orderly manner
-Coordinate timing of preparation in order to meet service schedules
-Other duties as assigned


Main requirements:

-Cooking experience in a restaurant or 4*/5* hotel chain
-Excellent knowledge of food-handling regulations, food service operations and kitchen equipment
-Good knowledge of German and/or English
-Completed culinary training/certification will be considered as an advantage
