On a temporary/project base

Motivated, positive and hard-working professionals for the position of:
Front Desk Agents / Receptionists

Main responsibilities:

-Welcomes, registers and accommodates the guests taking care of their pleasant stay
-Provides the guests with information about the prices and services offered by the hotel
-Informs Housekeeping and Maintenance about the status of the hotel rooms and about special requirements of the guests
-Handles with the telephone exchange
-Issues bills and invoices
-Keeps the requirements for order and hygiene on the work place
-Other duties as assigned

Main requirements:

-Previous 4*/5* hotel front desk experience at international hotel chain
-Excellent command of German and English
-Computer literacy
-Excellent communication and selling skills
-Ability to successfully collaborate with people at all levels
-Must be able to multi-task, handle emergencies in a calm and efficient manner and be friendly and welcoming to residents, visitors and prospects
