You know well:

* PHP (strong object oriented approach to development)
* Javascript/jQuery (able to produce optimized scripts that work well with large data sets)
* MySQL (strong experience with design and optimization)
* You are feeling comfortable working in WordPress environment
* You want to explore:
* Building scalable web applications for thousands of users
* New approaches and technologies in Web 2.0 application development
* Creating mobile-aware web applications
* Would rock if you
* Have git version control experience
* Understand and have awareness of web application security
* Know how to prevent an over-engineered solution to a problem that doesn’t exist.
* Are familiar with Linux server administration

* Have at least four years years of programming experience
* Have at least two years of web development experience
* Have strong attention to detail
* Be passionate about startup culture – if you expect a 9-to-5 working hours, stop reading now
* In A Typical Day You:
* Finish all your daily tasks on time
* Win a couple of milliseconds in already optimized code
* Remember an old ticket and finally close it
* Looked at the results of profiling you initiated last week and discuss with the team how toimprove the app.
