SUPPORT ENGINEERS (Open to travel abroad)

SUPPORT ENGINEERS WITH ITALIAN LANGUAGE


Main responsibilities:

* As a Support Engineer you will have to identify customer's technical issues and to find the best solutions to them on time and to offer technical assistance and guidance to end users in the company.


Main requirements:

* 3+ years of professional experience on a Support position
* Professional experience with UNIX, Oracle and Weblogic
* Availability to travel abroad (mainly in Italy)
* Very good command of English language (both written and verbal)
* Knowledge in Italian language would be a great advantage
* Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
* Customer oriented person with good communication skills
